Our collection includes both in-stock and special order designs. Pieces designated as Special Order in the product description are final sale. In-stock items are eligible for return and must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be unworn and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, clients must email info@katherineandjosephine.com within 14 days of receipt to request a prepaid return label. Returns must be shipped using the provided label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All jewelry orders are shipped insured via FedEx 2Day with signature required for delivery.
